[09:51:56] <TigerBoy___> exit all mES @ 3967.50 +7.50
[09:52:30] <TigerBoy___> ES croos Up S of KEY area
[09:52:40] <TigerBoy___> now it is in the mid of that
[09:57:29] <TigerBoy___> 2 other KMe 10am and 10:30am
[09:58:16] <TigerBoy___> Philly Fed Manufacturing Index not so nice ... in contrast price retrace up above that
[10:02:06] <@wrbtrader> I'm surprise its still Short Squeezing UP
[10:04:41] <TigerBoy___> LG mES @ 3973.25 large +
[10:05:01] <TigerBoy___> exit 1/2 @ 3975.25 +2
[10:05:37] <TigerBoy___> exit all mES @ 3977 +3.75
[10:07:01] <TigerBoy___> ES reached R from that KEY area ... now snup back after touch it
[10:08:25] <TigerBoy___> RTY and DAX above thiei recent high
[10:11:00] <TigerBoy___> now it starts that nasty contraction.... simply I leave it alone tired enought to lose in this junk :)
[10:26:09] <TigerBoy___> looking x big short here
[10:26:18] <TigerBoy___> just did 2 entries
[10:26:25] <TigerBoy___> fast snap back
[10:29:20] <@wrbtrader> Price action seems hesitant to push hard below the R area of the Key KME WRB Zone
[10:32:19] <TigerBoy___> SH mES @ 3957 large ++
[10:32:46] <TigerBoy___> exit 1/2 @ 3956 +1
[10:33:16] <TigerBoy___> exit all mES @ +11
[10:34:05] <TigerBoy___> I m proud of myself at last a 10 + point goal :)
[10:34:38] <TigerBoy___> I tried 4 times to enter here
[10:35:12] <TigerBoy___> this last one moved smooth without those nasty snapback
[10:45:13] <@wrbtrader> Yeah...that was a nice trade you had
[10:45:53] <TigerBoy___> thanks :)
[10:47:54] <TigerBoy___> I have to post my screenshots @ TSL forum trades and charts
[10:48:48] <TigerBoy___> what I have to improve is let trade go and exit with a big chunk of my size after it run a bit
[10:49:15] <@wrbtrader> By the way, I've added CQG trade execution platform to my few trading platforms
[10:49:27] <TigerBoy___> because I scale out lot of 1 pz
[10:50:04] <@wrbtrader> Now if there's a problem with one platform...I can jump to another platform fairly easy
[10:50:34] <@wrbtrader> I've been talking about CQG for many years but have been lazy to add it
[10:51:49] <TigerBoy___> yeah I remember .. it was one I was planning to add to
[10:52:02] <TigerBoy___> SH mES @ 3944.75 small
[10:52:38] <TigerBoy___> exit @ 44,43.75,42 and last ...
[10:53:03] <TigerBoy___> exit all mES @ 3936.75 +8
[10:53:25] <@wrbtrader> My only gripes with CQG is that is that a few of the markets have different symbol names that I'm not use to seeing...
[10:53:56] <@wrbtrader> Example, most brokers use "ES" as part of a symbol for trading the Emini ES futures
[10:54:05] <@wrbtrader> CQG uses "EP" :)
[10:55:04] <TigerBoy___> yeah more famirial if you like music vynil and so on
[10:55:13] <TigerBoy___> infact EP = extended play
[10:56:11] <TigerBoy___> btw today finished a TEnnis Era
[10:56:25] <TigerBoy___> Roger Federer retire @ 41
[10:56:43] <@wrbtrader> Also, so far...doesn't look like they have any decent "quantitative statistics" for the trade performance
[10:57:00] <@wrbtrader> Just a basic account summary stats
[10:58:20] <@wrbtrader> I thought the market was starting to calm down around 1015am...
[10:58:47] <@wrbtrader> That's when I decided to setup my CQG workstation...reason why I missed a Short around 1018am :(
[10:59:45] <TigerBoy___> SPY @ yesterday low
[11:00:27] <TigerBoy___> of course VIX increased now @ 26.46
[11:00:44] <@wrbtrader> A lot of selling pressure since 1018am est
[11:01:36] <TigerBoy___> yeah it was when price hit my R from KEY area
[11:02:00] <@wrbtrader> Yet the Dow only down -51 points
[11:45:35] <@wrbtrader> Russell not insync with other key markets
[12:09:00] <TigerBoy___> ok I exit here
[12:09:09] <TigerBoy___> take care wrbtrader see you next time
[12:44:50] <@wrbtrader> take care Tigerboy
[12:48:51] <@wrbtrader> I'm just sitting here finish setting up my CQG...did one trade in it but didn't have time to post the trade here in the free chat room...
[12:49:40] <@wrbtrader> Here's a quick redacted screenshot of the trade in Emini ES in the CQG trade execution platform @ https://www.thestrategylab.com/images/wrbtrader-CQG-Trade-Execution-Platform-091522.png
[12:50:29] <@wrbtrader> Short @ 3936.25 and cover the short @ 3931.00
[12:52:12] <@wrbtrader> I don't like how I have the platform setup and will mess around with the screens this weekend including getting other key markets for the platform so that I can do proper correlation analysis with WRB Analysis
[12:53:12] <@wrbtrader> Ok...no more trading in CQG...switching back to my normal trade execution platform for the remainder of the trading day
[12:54:35] <@wrbtrader> Forgot to mention...I put a Bollinger Band on my Emini ES chart to see how they look in comparison to my 3rd party charts even though I don't use Bollinger Bands in my trading.
[12:55:53] <@wrbtrader> I tried many technical studies, times and sales screens, naked charts to see how they compare to my other charts from other chart vendors. Also, I did the same with the volume...very different in CQG in comparison to two other trade execution platforms. Will need to check into that volume issue to find out if they're "aggregating" their data somehow.
[12:56:58] <@wrbtrader> They were very similar except for the times & sales...CQG does it differently and I don't like how they clump them together...
[12:57:48] <@wrbtrader> For example, CQG rarely shows 1 - 5 contract traders...its all group together.
[12:58:17] <@wrbtrader> I need to figure out how to up my T&S screens to not do that
[13:01:36] <@wrbtrader> Emini ES in a power move Up...back above the R area of the Key KME WRB Zone
[13:02:26] <@wrbtrader> on a hugh volatility spike
[13:06:21] <@wrbtrader> Dow back in positive territory
[16:12:06] <@wrbtrader> No morre trades for me after 1300hrs
[16:12:12] <@wrbtrader> Take care and see you tomorrow
